My paper is about Health Information Technology, and the influences it has on our medicinal services framework. B. Dr. Blumenthal saw firsthand the significance of Health Information Technology. In the 1970’s he worked with Senator Edward Kennedy, and the way that he work with the late Teddy Kennedy tells me he thinks about the expense of social insurance. IV. Qualities of a compelling pioneer as I would see it would need to be; a decent audience, issue solver, never terrified to pose inquiry, and is consistently motivated.A. The manner in which I would characterize a successful pioneer is by; how their do collogues feel about them, is they caring, do they convey well, and is they a decent audience. B. Dr. Blumenthal shows a lot of positive administration abilities; as he expressed in Health Leaders Magazine. â€Å"First you make the inspiration to be keen on improving decision†. What I took from that statement was that; Dr. Blumenthal is a difficult solver, a decent audience, and like to persuade his collogues.
